The figures shown are clean, approximate monthly equivalents of our weekly starting rates. Your exact rate depends on the individual studio and is always confirmed before you apply.
District memberships begin with a one-year agreement and require a security deposit equal to one month of membership. One full month's notice is required when it is time to conclude your membership.
Not always. Each District has its own mix of studio styles and sizes. Our team will confirm current options and help you find the space that best suits your business.
Absolutely. Room sharing is always welcomed at District, and there is no additional fee. We'll simply help you choose a studio with the space and layout to support the way you want to work.
Your studio is an unfurnished, move-in-ready canvas for your own design. Depending on its use, it includes either a stainless-steel sink or shampoo sink. Your membership also includes the shared amenities and support described above.
