Approx 190 sq ft. Ideal for two or three stylists.
Available: Immediately or early next month.
Studio 25 · Window Spa Studio
Approx 120 sq ft with natural light. Great for lash techs, aesthetics or PMU.
Available: January 1 hold. Early move in possible.
Studio 26 · Interior Spa Studio
Approx 100 sq ft. Ideal for lash techs, aesthetics, RMT or PMU.
Available: January 1 hold. Early move in possible.

Pricing overview for Beltline studios

Interior studios

Most interior studios fall in the range of approximately $1,500 to $1,800 per month depending on size and layout.

Window studios

Most window studios fall in the range of approximately $1,900 to $2,200 per month depending on size, light and location in the building.

What is included in your rent

  • 24 hour secure access
  • Utilities and high speed Wi Fi
  • Shared laundry for towels and linens
  • Member lounge and kitchenette
  • Cleaning of common areas
  • Support from the District Studios team

Your Beltline move in bonus

When you decide to move into Beltline within our current promotion period, you will receive:

  • $200 Move In Credit that you can use toward furniture, decor or studio setup items.
  • Early Move In when available so you can start setting up your studio before your official start date.

Details and eligibility will be confirmed during your tour. We always walk through the numbers with you so your move feels sustainable.

What happens during your Beltline tour

  • 1. We walk through the studios that match your services and budget.
  • 2. We review pricing, what is included and your move in bonus.
  • 3. You can ask questions, take photos and picture your setup.
  • 4. If it feels right, you can place a short hold on a studio while you decide.

Tours are typically 10 to 15 minutes and are relaxed and low pressure. Our goal is to help you decide if Beltline is the right home for your business.
